1. Shipping Destinations

SuoerSocks ships to the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on location.

2. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted logistics partners, depending on package weight, size, and destination.
In some cases, alternative carriers may be used to ensure efficient delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Base shipping fee: $10 USD for orders up to 2 lbs (2 pounds)

  • Additional weight charge: $5 USD for each additional pound (lb)

Free shipping is not available.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are determined by local customs authorities.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

SuoerSocks is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors do not qualify for refunds.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in accordance with our policies.

For security, we recommend using a secure delivery address, especially in areas with a higher risk of package theft.

9. Relation to Return & Refund Policy

All shipping-related matters, including replacements, defective items, and refunds, are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
